  • Bachelor of Social Work – Strong foundation in human relationships, mental health, and support services
  • Master’s in Couples Counselling – Specialised training in relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and therapy techniques for couples
  • Clinical experience with Relationships Australia – Gained valuable experience working with diverse couples, deepening my expertise in relationship counselling.

Every couple is unique, and so is my approach. I draw on evidence-based frameworks such as:
  • Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) – to build emotional safety and secure attachment
  • Gottman Method Couples Therapy – to improve communication and reduce conflict
  • Faith-Based Christian Counselling – for couples seeking biblical guidance
